Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to Canada and the United States.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 3-7 business days before shipment.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Please note that shipping estimates are not guaranteed and delays may occur due to carriers, customs, weather, or holidays.
Do you offer tracked shipping?
Yes! We offer both tracked and untracked shipping options for eligible orders.
Tracked shipping includes tracking updates and delivery confirmation. Untracked shipping is a more affordable option for smaller items but does not include tracking information.
What happens if my package is lost?
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.
Orders marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are considered successfully delivered. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will do our best to help when possible.
Do I need to pay customs or import fees?
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by their country.
Do you offer local delivery?
Yes! Local delivery is available for eligible Vancouver areas.
Deliveries are made every Sunday. Orders placed before Sunday will typically be included in that week’s delivery schedule.
What are the local delivery requirements?
- Orders within 15 km require a minimum purchase of $20 CAD.
- Orders between 15 km and 30 km require a minimum purchase of $20 CAD and include a $5 delivery fee.
Availability may vary depending on your location.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns?
Yes. We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible items in unused condition and original packaging. Please check Return Policy for details.
Is there a restocking fee?
Yes. Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Customers are also responsible for return shipping costs.
What items are final sale?
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Sale or discounted items
- Mystery items or blind boxes
- Earrings and hygiene-related items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
- Any item marked as “Final Sale”
How do I start a return?
Please email support@saamiaowmart.com with your order number and reason for return before sending anything back.

Are your products original designs?
All products under the SaaMiaow Mart brand are original designs created for our shop.
We also do our best to carefully curate products from artists and brands that focus on original artwork, unique creations, and patent-protected designs whenever possible.
Will sold out items restock?
Some items may restock, while others are limited edition or seasonal. Follow our social media or check back regularly for updates.
