Thank you for shopping with SaaMiaow Mart! Below you’ll find information about our shipping methods, processing times, and delivery policies.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days after payment is received.
Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays, sales, product launches, or high order volume periods.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to Canada and the United States.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Shipping Methods
We offer both tracked and untracked shipping options for eligible orders.
Please note that untracked shipping does not include tracking updates or delivery confirmation. By selecting an untracked shipping method, you acknowledge and accept the risk of lost or delayed mail.
Tracked shipping is recommended for higher-value orders.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier. Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, holidays, labor disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control are not the responsibility of SaaMiaow Mart.
Local Delivery
We offer local delivery for eligible areas.
Local deliveries are made every Sunday. Orders placed before Sunday will be included in that week’s delivery schedule whenever possible.
You will be contacted with delivery details if local delivery is selected at checkout.
Customs, Duties, and Import Fees
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional fees charged by their country or local customs office.
SaaMiaow Mart is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages
SaaMiaow Mart is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed after they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
Orders marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are considered successfully delivered and are not eligible for refund or replacement.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim when applicable. We will do our best to assist where possible.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting us at support@saamiaowmart.com.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
